One Prayer: LifeChurch.tv
Pray.
Faith.
For the kingdom of God and for His will to be done?
Done.
I hate to interrupt the flow of my testimony but I had to post this up. This is way too good especially when you have churches pulling together and join together and believing that God’s will to be done.
Craig Groeschel asks, “What would you pray if God would answer one prayer for the church at large?”
I know what would I pray for. “To stop the misguiding of flocks. To stop the misleading believers. To do what You would promised to do in Jeremiah.”
To follow up that, I would cry out to the Lord, “Test my faith in your will. Show me Your glory!”
Pilate asked, “what is truth?” I ask you, what is “normal”? What is good and excellent, wonderful and righteous isn’t normal in this world. If God changed us in an instant, how greatful would we be? How long would it take for us to take His credit and glory? What you may or may not realize is that in your pain, your questioning, your quest for “normal” you are testifying and helping others by being transparent. He is strongest in our weakness. He’ll work on the most important things (to Him) first and then tackle the rest. You are more than good enough because you’re His and He wouldn’t dwell within you if you were not.
Not sure which pastor spoke about it at the Summit…but transparency was the key word in his interview.
If this isn’t transparent, I don’t know what it.
I don’t know if I’m brave enough to talk about my mistakes. I’ll keep reading and maybe I’ll feel the nudge. =/
Praying for you.
