Violence Level: Makes “300″ look like “Finding Nemo”. It makes the opening scene to “Saving Private Ryan” look like “Driving Miss Daisy”.
One reviewer hit it home: “What makes this movie scary is that this is about a war that is going on right now. This movie displays the atrocities going on right now.”

Some of the evident truths that have settled into my life:
- My portion is Him and all that He provides for me meets my needs perfectly; I want or need for nothing and furthermore, nothing is mine but His - I have taken the prayer for daily bread (provisions, strength, wisdom and whatever else I need) (Luke 11:3) and worrying only about today and not tomorrow (Matthew 6:25-34) quite literally. Once I wrapped my head around the fact that He alone provides for me, it frees me up to do all things that give glory and honour to His name.
- No matter how far God has brought us, we cannot become complacent with where we are at just because we are that much better off than we were six, twelve or even 24 months ago - Which begs the question, “Is it possible to become self-righteous when comparing you to your past self?”. God is faithful to continue the work within us. Therefore we cannot stop believing that He is still doing that same good work within us.
- What matters in this world but the Will of God? Absolutely nothing else. - Career? Shelter? Material Possessions? We should not be concern with where we ought to be at in this stage of our lives but rather be gravely concern if this is where God wants you to be. Let Him move me wherever and I will start to work. It will not be my endurance and strength that will sustain me but His endurance and strength which is sufficient to get the job done.
- I grown weary when I pray for myself and my wants and needs - I get tired of hearing my prayers laced with “I, I, I” and “me, me, me”. I just start praying for other people.
